2010 Dino Dash 5K Walk/Run

 The Graduate School’s Graduate Student Life & Wellness program encourages your participation in the 2010 Dino Dash 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at 9:00 AM at the MSU Museum. 

 As part of the Graduate Student Life & Wellness program, the Graduate School will provide FREE ENTRY to the 2010 Dino Dash 5K Walk/Run and a special Graduate Student Life & Wellness t-shirt to the first 80 graduate students to register at gradwrsp@msu.edu. Students must be willing to participate in the 5K Walk/Run and be able to meet at 9:00am the MSU Museum on the morning of October 3rd.

Deadline to register for the FREE entry is Friday, September 24, 2010.

To register: Email The Graduate School at gradwrsp@msu.edu.  Please include your first name, last name, gender, age, department, e-mail address, T-shirt size and the name of the event (Dino Dash).

This event does not require registration.

Break out of your routine and join MSU graduate and professional students for an evening of trivia and great food. It’s the second MSU Graduate Student Social Nights-Trivia Night and it’s a great chance to network, meet someone new, and have fun. Appetizers are on us and to help break the ice we’re playing trivia at 6:30pm. That means if you are one of the top three teams, you’ll walk away with a prize. It’s happening at Harper’s Restaurant in East Lansing and we look forward to seeing everyone there!

GEMS and UNIHIV partner in Michigan AIDS Walk

This Sunday, come out to support a great cause at the Michigan AIDS Walk. GEMS members can sign up under UNIHIV, an organization run by a fellow student in the department of Epidemiology. Either join the UNIHIV walking team and get sponsors or sponsor yourself, or just sponsor the UNIHIV team or a UNIHIV team member for this walk. If you sign up as a walker, you get a free UNIHIV tee shirt! You help is greatly appreciated!
